The vikings left behind so many proofs of using sheeps in the the "stone carving". The logo is the example of tradition, culture and history dating back to Viking times and also before. The logo will give a visual identity and a "fingerprint" that has its own uniqueness and tells a story to target groups.

The logo has several metaphors. You can see both weaving and knitting as elements in the sheep's body.

In 2018 we got the approval from the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (Patent trademark design). The Norwegian Wool label "Norwegian Wool" has now been approved as a protected trademark and we can use "R" on the logo.
